Complaints were filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General to investigate SI's business practice regarding the false advertising of the two minis. SI always responded with the lie that they were available in Series 1 cups at Walmart and to keep buying more to find them. ![]() During Series 1 numerous enquiries were sent to SI regarding the issue of the missing items. #Two missing minis from Series 1 appeared in Wave 3 Walmart cups – eBayer and Minute Mud. Six are one per Wave 2 blister pack, and five are randomly inserted in Wave 3.
